Quality treatment is expensive. The cost of operating a residential facility like Grace House is high. And- we pride ourselves in offering the highest quality and services available, regardless of the client's ability to pay. This is a service and tradition we feel needs to continue for many generations to come.

Many of our clients are single mothers with children. They must start supporting themselves in order to avoid returning to a dangerous living situation, with using or abusing persons. Due to the income level of many of the women, fees are often very difficult for them to pay. As a result, much of our operating expenditures are paid by the United Way, the State Department of Heath, the City of Memphis, the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and other foundations.

NOTE: Not all of our needs are met through these sources. We must depend on donations to meet our needs. Administrative costs comprise only 17% of the funds received. Your tax deductible checks and in-kind gifts are much needed and appreciated!
